Since 2001, Kim Hoover has been engaged in the acquisition,renovation, construction and management of residential property in Washington, DC, Virginia and Maryland. First as DC Urban Properties and later as RED Multifamily, her company has created urban living spaces with modern conveniences in traditional historic properties. RED Multifamily believes in a personalized and hands' on approach to managing its properties and takes pride in its rapid response policy in resolving issues.
Kim, a graduate of Duke University School of Law, came to Washington in 1984 to join Akin Gump as an associate. She practiced law for a number of years with firms including Squire Sanders and Dickstein Shapiro. In 2001, she began her real estate development business and by 2007 was engaged full time in real estate. In addition, she is a partner in the real estate equity firm Allyson Advisors. Kim is on the Board of Monument Bank in Bethesda, Maryland. Kim is also on the Board and is the Treasurer of the Gay and Lesbian Victory Fund, which is headquartered in Washington, DC.
Robin is Director of Operations at RED Multifamily. Robin attended VCU and has worked in the real estate industry for many years.
Tori is Director of Property Management at RED Multifamily. Tori has been with the company since its inception. Tori has more than 30 years of experience in managing residential property and carries the nick name "MacGyver" for her ability to solve problems.
