Kimberly Hoover is an attorney, a business owner, a philanthropist and an activist. She arrived in Washington, DC in 1985 after graduating from Duke University School of Law, where she was Executive Editor of the Law Journal, and began a practice that spanned more than 20 years and included stints at top tier law firms Akin Gump, Squire Sanders and Dickstein as well as her own shop. In the early 2000s, she started RED Multifamily, which develops, owns and operates residential property in the District of Columbia.
Ms. Hoover is on the Board of Directors of Revere Bank (formerly Monument Bank) in Montgomery County, Maryland. In the 1990s, she served on the Board of Directors of Treasury Bank, which was ultimately sold to Countrywide. She serves on a number of nonprofit boards including Victory Fund (a PAC), Advocates for Youth (social justice) and Lamda Literary (LGBTQ publishing). In 2018, she received the Business of Pride Award from the Washington Business Journal.
Robin is Director of Operations at RED Multifamily. Robin attended VCU and has worked in the real estate industry for many years.
Tori is Director of Property Management at RED Multifamily. Tori has been with the company since its inception. Tori has more than 30 years of experience in managing residential property and carries the nick name "MacGyver" for her ability to solve problems.
